About the gallery

The Drawing Gallery was opened by Yvonne Crossley in 2004 as the first private gallery in the UK to focus entirely upon exhibiting and selling contemporary British drawing. After four successful years in Central London, the gallery relocated to larger premises at Walford on the Herefordshire/Shropshire boarder 8 miles west of Ludlow.

The Drawing Gallery showcases the work of some 20 contemporary British artists including those of international standing, established names within the UK art world and others of growing reputation. Included in the gallery’s client range are several major museums and international corporations, established individual collectors as well as those new to buying.
