Juliette Losq RWA (b.1978) studied English Literature and History of Art at Newnham College, Cambridge (1997-00) and History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art (2000-01). She began her study of Fine Art at Wimbledon School of Art (2004- 7) and subsequently at the Royal Academy Schools (2007- 10). She was elected as an Academician to the Royal West of England Academy in 2021.
Prizes include the Jerwood Drawing Prize 2005 (first prize) and the Undergraduate Drawing Prize at Wimbledon School of Art, London 2005 (first prize). Selected solo shows include: Dans la poussière de cette planète, Galerie Arcturus, Paris, 2013; Lucaria, Theodore Art, NewYork, 2012; Life of Wood c/o BTAP, Seoul, 2009.Works on Paper, Newnham College, Cambridge University (2004, 2005).

Her work was included in The Drawing Gallery’s project space at The London Art Fair in 2006 and 2007.
